This recipe is great one for Christmas as its perfect to use up leftover biscuits and chocolates from the Christmas tins.

Ingredients
100g milk or dark chocolate
50g butter
Selection of broken biscuits or cereal
Optional
Leftover chocolate, marshmallows, dried fruit or jarred mincemeat.
Method
- Melt the chocolate and butter together on a low heat.
- Mix through your desired ingredients.
- Press the mix into a tray and chill for a couple of hours, then cut into pieces.
Variations
Use up any unsalted nuts, dried fruits, marshmallows, chocolate bars or soft sweets.
Try white chocolate chunks and dried cranberry, milk chocolate and honeycomb, dark chocolate, raisin and hazelnuts.
