If you haven’t already done so, when your guest(s) arrive, please email ukrainehosts@derbyshire.gov.uk with the following information:
- your name
- your address
- name(s) of the guest(s)
- their email address and mobile number (where possible)
- whether your guests include children aged 0 to 18 years old, and if so how many
- date of arrival
- the name of the district or borough council that covers the area you live in (you can find this information on your council tax bill), it will be one of the following:
- Amber Valley
- North East Derbyshire
- Bolsover
- Erewash
- Derbyshire Dales
- South Derbyshire
- High Peak
- Chesterfield
In the subject line please put ‘Homes for Ukraine Arrival Notification: [add your surname here]’
This will help us to arrange for checks on you, adults in your household and your home as soon as possible and arrange thank you payments and support for children.
