Highway Network Management Plan

The Highway Network Management Plan is a technical document which specifies how we manage and provide change to Derbyshire's highway network.

Its publication follows a review of existing policies and procedures to reflect the change to the risk based approach. It also reflects changes to materials and techniques within the industry.

As part of the highway network management suite of documents we have a scheme of delegation attached to the end of this page. This document sets out who is able to approve specific areas of policy legislation within the highways service.

You can request a copy of our highway network management plan policies by using our highway policy document request form.
