"At this point we are standing on the border between Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire, and to help us recognise that, you can see that an old traditional railway signal has been located here and of course the signal says that we can go. As we are on the boundary, if you look on the floor, there are boundary markers going across the track and you'll notice they go in a dash-dot-dash-dot fashion which is just what you'd find a boundary marker on an ordnance survey map.
"This is a lovely place to be, as we look towards one side we can see a nice brick built bridge which takes the road over the railway line, and this particular track known as the Silverhill trail, connects the Teversal trials network to the good old Five Pits Trail which has been in use for many decades now. As you look around you at this particular point, you'll also notice that there is a wide variety of trees and shrubs along the embankments."
