If your child was born between 1 September 2019 and 31 August 2020 you'll need to apply for a primary school place between 6 November 2023 and the closing date of 15 January 2024 for them to start in the 2024 to 2025 academic year.

If you have applied online we'll email your offer on this date. If you don't have an email address, we'll post your offer letter, second class, on this date.

The closing date for submitting an appeal in relation to Derbyshire schools if you're not happy with the school allocated to your child.
