The admission authority for individual voluntary aided, foundation and academy schools are the governing body or academy trust.
All schools which are their own admission authority and are proposing changes to their admission arrangements for 2026/27 have been invited to send a copy to the local authority.
Where they have been received, they can be provided on request.
Any comments regarding the proposed arrangements for voluntary aided, foundation and academy schools should be sent to the relevant school by the closing date set out by the school.

You can view the proposed admission policies for these schools on the school’s website. Where schools are proposing no changes there is a requirement to consult only once every 7 years. Even if there are no changes, all schools which are their own admissions authority must determine their arrangements by 28 February 2025 and publish them by 15 March 2025.
