Moving a street light

Occasionally a street light may be located in a position which obstructs construction works such as widening of a driveway or a new development.

If you want a street light moving please email contact.centre@derbyshire.gov.uk with the details and include a copy of your plan or sketch.

We'll investigate alternative locations for the street light and if movement is possible.

We'll provide you with an estimate for carrying out the works and will need your written agreement to pay these costs before starting work.
