Public car parks in Derbyshire are the responsibility of the local district or borough council and not us.

Use this form to:

• ask for an exemption from a parking restriction, for example for vehicles carrying out works at adjacent properties
• ask for enforcement of an existing parking restriction
• ask for a residents' parking scheme permit
• ask for a suspension of a parking restriction
• ask about a parking penalty charge notice (PCN) or pay a parking fine
• any other enquiry about civil parking enforcement.
