Use this form to:
- ask for an exemption from a parking restriction, for example for vehicles carrying out works at adjacent properties
- ask for enforcement of an existing parking restriction
- ask for a residents' parking scheme permit
- ask for a suspension of a parking restriction
- ask about a parking penalty charge notice (PCN) or pay a parking fine
