Meeting room hire

Derbyshire Record Office has a bright and welcoming meeting room which can be hired for meetings.


Facilities

The room can accommodate up to 25 people in a lecture theatre layout or up to 15 people in a boardroom layout. 

An overhead projector is available if you'd like to use your own laptop.

A flipchart stand is available, but you'll need to bring your own stationery.

Chilled water is available free of charge and hot drinks are available for a charge of £1 per person.

Charges

The room can be hired for £15 per hour for not-for-profit organisations and £30 per hour for commercial organisations.

Availability

The meeting room is available Tuesday to Friday from 10am.

You can access the room from 9.30am to set up and arrange the room. There is no access to the building before 9.30am. 

All meetings must finish by 4.45pm and your attendees should leave promptly by 5pm when the building closes.

Parking

There is no on-site parking for meeting attendees.

The car park is for Record Office staff, archive and local studies customers, and blue badge holders only.

The meeting host can use the car park if bringing equipment. See the map of our location for local car parking sites.
