Reading Well for teens, provides 13 to 18-year-olds with high quality information, support and advice on a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders and difficult life pressures such as bullying and exams.

There are 35 recommended reads. The list includes a wide range of self-help and information titles, including, graphic novels and fiction.

Collections of these books are available at Chesterfield, Buxton, Alfreton and Dronfield libraries, and all titles are available to reserve and borrow for free from any library in Derbyshire. You can also reserve online.
