Find a story and rhyme time near you
It's fun and there are lots of added benefits:
- your baby or toddler will develop an early love of language
- your child will develop listening skills
- it will lay a firm foundation for learning to read
- it will inspire your child's imagination
Library story and rhyme times are an ideal opportunity to enjoy stories, rhymes and songs with other children, parents and carers.
As well as being a fun way for your child to mix socially with other children, it will encourage a lifelong love of books from an early age with a mix of old and new favourites.
