Renew your library items

From 1 November 2019 you will no longer be able to renew your library books by phone. Instead you will need to renew online or visit your local library.

Renew your library items

Accessing your library account online

You can access your library account online:

  • If you have a purple library card, just type the number into the user ID box
  • b_line and Gold Cards need to be activated at your local library in order to be used as library cards

PIN

Your PIN is usually the first 2 digits and the last 2 digits of your date of birth. So, if you were born on 3 February 1970, your PIN would be 0370. You can change your PIN once you're logged into 'My Account' by using the 'change PIN' option.
