Applications can be made by printing out the forms and submitting them by post along with all relevant documents and the appropriate fee. Or online, with relevant documents as attachments and the fee made by e-payments or a separate cheque sent through the post.
If documents have a large file size (over 20MB) then these should be submitted by post.
We welcome electronic versions of the documents as this helps us make them available for consultation on our website. They can be submitted on CD or DVD.
