Our Heartwood Community Forest programme offers one of the most competitive, hassle-free grant schemes for tree planting.
Grants are entirely bespoke and based on your individual needs. From the first call to your Heartwood Community Forest woodland officer, a team of local experts will be available to help you realise the full potential that trees can bring to your land.
