Educational visits and trips
We provide engaging, inspiring and interactive fieldwork visits. These hands-on curriculum linked day programmes are offered from a wide variety of locations including Chesterfield, Belper, Shipley Country Park, Holmebrook Valley Park and locations throughout the Derwent Valley Mills World Heritage Site.
Or we can design a tailor made visit or trip for your group from a location of your choice. The activities are fully resourced, planned and led by our experienced visit leaders.

Derbyshire Forest School
We aim to support settings, schools and groups in Derbyshire in developing long term Forest School programmes in a sustainable way.
Forest school is an inspirational process that offers all learners regular opportunities to achieve and develop confidence and self-esteem through hands-on learning experiences in a woodland or natural environment with trees. Forest School is a specialised learning approach that sits within, and complements, the wider context of outdoor and woodland education.
