The Derbyshire Mapping Portal is designed to provide members of the public with access to our location-based data for information purposes only.
Every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
We are not liable in respect of any direct or consequential loss, damage or injury (financial, contractual or otherwise) caused as a result or allegedly as a result of reliance on the information.
Property boundaries shown in the portal do not relate to land ownership. Land ownership queries should be referred to the Land Registry.
Ordnance Survey copyright
You are granted a non-exclusive, royalty free, revocable licence solely to view the licensed data for non-commercial purposes for the period during which we make it available.
You are not permitted to copy, sub-license, distribute, sell or otherwise make available the licensed data to third parties in any form.
Third party rights to enforce the terms of this licence shall be reserved to OS.
