What this consultation is about
This survey is part of an evaluation of the Adult Care Direct Payment Team. The team is a 2-year temporary service due to end November 2019. We are currently looking at the long term options for a direct payment team. We want your views about how effective the Direct Payment Team has been and if or how we move forward.
We'll listen to your feedback to improve what we currently provide and how we'll develop in the future.
