Public health KIT skills survey 2019

Status: Closed

Opens: 14 January 2019 - Closes: 8 February 2019

What this consultation is about

The survey is designed to highlight knowledge and intelligence training needs within Public Health at Derbyshire County Council. It is based on the Public Health Skills and Knowledge Framework and is designed to take approximately 30 minutes. The results will present a comprehensive depiction of the current knowledge and intelligence skills in the team.

Following the survey results, the Population Knowledge and Intelligence Team (KIT) will develop a tailored training offer which will upskill staff with knowledge and intelligence skills pertinent to their job roles.

As well as highlighting training needs, the survey will also celebrate success by identifying expert level skills in the team. Anyone with expert level skills will be encouraged to share their skills as part of the training offer.
