What this consultation is about
Our catering service is carrying out this survey in order to gather your opinion of the school meal provided for your child or children. We would like to survey all children attending the schools listed at the start of the questionnaire. If you have more than one child attending the same school, there are separate sections in the survey to complete for each child. If you have children attending different schools, please complete a separate survey for each school
