Derbyshire adult care Mental Health Act carers and relatives feedback survey 2018

Status: Closed

Opens: 2 July 2018 - Closes: 12 August 2018

What this consultation is about

This survey is produced by our AMHP team. An AMHP is an approved mental health professional who carries out duties under the Mental Health Act including co-ordinating Mental Health Act assessments.

We would like to get the views of the people who have supported service receivers who have recently received an assessment under the Mental Health Act. The results from this survey will help us understand what we get right and how we can improve the service to other people in the future.

We welcome your help. Please complete the short online survey to let us know how we’re doing and suggest any improvements.

We hope to use the results of the Mental Health Act carers and relatives feedback survey 2018 to make improvements. We will publish the results of the survey on our website.
