Derbyshire Registration Service can provide a replacement certificate for any birth, death, marriage or civil partnership which occurred within Derbyshire, excluding Derby city.

Same day service
We also offer a same day service for the provision of replacement certificates. Provided that your request is made to the office at least 90 minutes before the office is due to close, we will deal with your request on the same day.
