Supplier guidance

The new Public Procurement Act 2023 is going live on the 24 February 2025 and will involve significant changes to the procurement process.

You should start to assess how these changes will affect you if you are an existing supplier or are interested in working with us. For more information, please see the short guide for suppliers attached to this page.

The central digital platform is a new platform being introduced along with the Procurement Act 2023. 

The Central Digital Platform

The central digital platform is the new enhanced Find a Tender Service. It is also the place where identifiers are recorded and / or issued and for suppliers to input their commonly used information. It will be a fully integrated digital platform where publishing notices, sign-in and registration, supplier information all work together to support public sector procurement.
