Guidance for completing your application
We're a 'responsible authority' for the purposes of granting, varying or reviewing applications under this act.
In your application you'll need to show how you aim to promote several objectives including dealing with the prevention of crime and disorder and protecting children from harm.
You should include the steps you intend to take to support these objectives in your application. If this information is not included we'll be advising the appropriate licensing authority that you've failed to include these details. This could affect the success of your application.
Please use the 'Licencing Act 2003 - guidance to applicants for a new or variation premises licence' attached to this page to make sure you've given sufficient information in your application.

Your application should be made through the district, borough or city council.
