Guidance for completing your application

We're a 'responsible authority' for the purposes of granting, varying or reviewing applications under this act.

In your application you'll need to show how you aim to promote several objectives including dealing with the prevention of crime and disorder and protecting children from harm.

You should include the steps you intend to take to support these objectives in your application. If this information is not included we'll be advising the appropriate licensing authority that you've failed to include these details. This could affect the success of your application.
