The site is fully fenced off and is suitable for the grazing of cattle and sheep.

Viewing is essential before placing an offer.

The land is being offered in its current condition, no works will be undertaken by the council prior to letting.

The land will be let under a 364 day grazing licence agreement.

The incoming tenant will be required to pay £300 to cover our surveyors fees.
