We're open from 8am to 6pm on Monday to Friday and from 9:30am to 4pm on Saturdays. Outside of these times we provide an out of hours service for some areas including social care.
British Sign Language (BSL)
Customers who prefer to use British Sign Language (BSL) can contact us using a SignLive video interpreter.
This service is available on Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm. It's free to contact us from your home.

Our head office at County Hall, Matlock is open on Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm (except bank holidays).
