Answer one quick question about the future of local councils in Derbyshire - tell us what you think.
We're currently updating our library management system.
Our updated system is successfully up and running in our branches, so you can still use our services and borrow and return books. There are some online services that are still affected though.
It won't be long until all our online services have been updated.
Find out more about these updates and how they might affect you.
All our libraries are warm welcoming spaces for everyone to use. You don't need to be a member to visit us, but while you're here it's quick and easy to get a library card if you'd like one.
We also have free online services for all our members, such as ebooks, e-magazines, e-audiobooks and e-newspapers.
Many of our libraries also have free, and friendly events for all ages, including reading groups, story and rhyme time for toddlers, and much more.
For ideas on activities and things to read, you can follow Derbyshire Libraries on Facebook or Derbyshire Libraries on X.
If you'd like to ask us a question, you can email: ask.library@derbyshire.gov.uk or phone us on telephone: 01629 533444.
